The bed felt cheap, and I struggled to find space to relax. the shared bathroom has a very narrow entry, which made using the shower a challenge.

i nearly wrote a great review until i noticed the cheap bed that felt utterly uncomfortable and the utter lack of towels in my room! plus, you'd think they would have put the heater on before my arrival, but nope—i spent half the night shivering. i'm not a peasant, i expect better treatment, honestly.

Man, the location right outside Borough Station is just tops! The staff are super friendly as well. Loved the tea and biscuits in the room — made for a lekker surprise every day! The bathrooms were always clean, no stress there.

Only thing, the room was a bit small, could’ve done with some extra shelf space.
